Invite your team
Add teammates and give each the right role for what they do.

Your planners, technicians and QA are in, each with the right role.
Xentr is invitation-only — there's no public sign-up. An organization admin invites each teammate by email and assigns a role that controls what they can do.
Role needed: organization admin.
Steps
- In the sidebar, open Settings → Members.
- Click Invite.
- Enter the person's email and choose a role (see below).
- Send the invite. They receive an email link to set a password and join your organization.
Invites are scoped to your organization. A teammate only ever sees your factories and data.
Roles
Pick the narrowest role that lets someone do their job. Each one is enforced on every action, not just the menus.

organization_admin | Manage the whole organization — members, settings, products, orders. |
production_engineer | Define products, methods, and routings. |
production_technician | Run orders on the floor and log output. |
production_planner | Create and schedule production orders. |
production_qa | Verify orders and record defects. |
xentr_platform_owner and xentr_account_manager are Xentr-staff roles used to provision and support your account — you won't assign these yourself.
