Set up your access

Xentr is invitation-only — there's no self-serve signup. Access arrives one of two ways:

• Your organization already runs Xentr — an organization admin invites you from Settings → Team, and the invitation email signs you in with the right role already applied.
• Your organization is new to Xentr — book a walkthrough and the team provisions your organization, factory and machines with you.

Sign in

1. Open app.xentr.ai and sign in with your invited email.
2. You land in your organization, scoped to a factory — the switcher in the sidebar moves you between factories if you have more than one.
3. What you can see and do is decided by your role. This course assumes a planner-or-above role; the roles chapter covers the full model.

Optional: an API token

Everything in this course works from the dashboard. If you'd rather drive Xentr from code, mint a token now — the authentication guide shows where tokens live in the dashboard and how to send one, and the quickstart makes your first API call with it.

Where you should be

Signed in, inside a factory, with the sidebar showing Production, Machines and Reports. That's the whole setup.
